Check out what our other CIA students have to say!

Ethel Koh is a 2017 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. She spent five years in Michelin-starred kitchens in San Francisco, where she refined her craft and deepened her appreciation for precision and creativity in pastry.
Beyond the kitchen, she served as an ambassador for TCHO Chocolate and collaborated with well-loved local brands such as Butter&, experiences that expanded her perspective on food innovation and community.
Today, she runs Little Favors, an online bakery offering thoughtful, handcrafted treats made with care and intention. She also co-hosts an intimate private dining experience with Guah Lih, where the focus is on taste, storytelling, and the journey of discovery.
Through these ventures, Ethel continues to share her passion for creating memorable experiences that connect people through food.
