Law Jia-Jun is a 30-year-old Singaporean chef and founder of Province, a restaurant dedicated to reimagining Singaporean cuisine. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Singapore (Batch 7), Jia-Jun’s passion for cooking began at age 12 and has taken him across continents, including formative stints at California’s acclaimed Manresa, Atelier Crenn, and Bar Crenn.
These experiences shaped his love for finesse, precision, and storytelling through food. At 28, he returned to Singapore to open Province, where he spotlights native ingredients, innovative techniques, and collaborations with local farms and chefs.
His approach has earned him recognition on the global stage, including participation in the San Pellegrino Young Chef Competition and being named Tatler’s Rising Star Chef of 2025. Jia-Jun continues to craft progressive dining experiences that reflect his heritage, curiosity, and vision for Singapore’s culinary future.
