Siti Nur Aishah is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America with over three years of U.S. culinary experience in renowned kitchens including Blackberry Farm, Gramercy Tavern, and The Progress. Her time in these award-winning restaurants gave her a strong foundation in both fine dining and ingredient-driven cooking.
She now serves as an Operational Liaison, bridging culinary education and industry operations by supporting program coordination and procurement efforts between the Culinary Institute of America and Temasek Polytechnic.
In this role, she brings together her industry expertise and passion for culinary education to strengthen connections between students, educators, and the wider food community.
