Hospitality has always been my passion. I gained working experience in Vietnam before challenging myself internationally through an internship in the United States—specifically Atlanta, Georgia, my favourite city.

I am currently working as a Guest Experience Expert at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis, a 1,663-room property and the fourth largest hotel in the United States. My internship runs from 30 June 2025 to 30 June 2026, and I am now halfway through the program. This experience has given me strong exposure to large-scale hotel operations, room management, and high-volume guest service standards.

Throughout my internship, I have developed valuable skills in cross-cultural communication, stress management, teamwork, and problem-solving in a fast-paced international environment. Handling diverse guests and operational pressures has helped me grow more confident, resilient, and professional.

Beyond work, I have enjoyed immersing myself in U.S. culture by making international friends and pursuing personal interests such as attending concerts, watching basketball games, and meeting celebrities. These experiences have broadened my global mindset and contributed greatly to my personal growth.
